Icon

Cost effective blades with positive & neutral rake angle tooth design for cutting variety of material. M-42 edge provides high heat resistance giving extremely good tool life. Specially developed backing material alloyed with chromium gives excellent durability. Suitable for cutting all common steels (M-42, 67-69HRC).

Tooth Design K = Hook Tooth with Positive rake angle, N = Neutral tooth with 0 rake angle. Standard pitch blades are available on request.

XN- Design: A highly innovative Band Saw Blade with a complete new tooth design & symmetrical gullet spacing. Effective in sawing variety of material with less vibration. Also, very effective in cutting tubes and structural material in layers or in bundle.

Ace Saw Blades®

Ace

This high performance saw blade has been specially designed to cut variety of material, including Stainless Steel, High Alloy Steel & Tool Steel. The long lasting backing material is developed with Chrome. The teeth are made of alloyed HSS with 8% Cobalt & 10% Moly (M-42, 68-69 HRC). Also available in M-51 grade for sawing tough material with teeth having 10% Cobalt & 10% Tungsten (69 HRC).

SPECIAL TOOTH DESIGN BLADES FOR SAWING DIFFICULT-TO-CUT MATERIAL

PRIMA: Available in large dimension and coarse pitches. Leading tooth is ground with added positive rake angle to give better penetration to cut S.S., non-ferrous alloys and Exotic alloys.
XTRA: Extra coarse pitch blades for sawing of large work pieces.
ALUM: Wider setting and better surface finish on tooth gives extraordinary performance while cutting Aluminium.
ACCURA: Special tooth design for sawing large work pieces, also cutting S.S, High alloy and Tool Steel.

Jaguar

Created from powder technology (ASP) has very high hardness on to the tips of teeth and higher resilience compared to usual high speed steels. These properties enable 30% greater cutting feed as compared to other blades (70 HRC).

Carbide tipped bandsaw blade is essentially used for sawing tough alloys such as Cobalt, Nickel, Zirconium and Titanium based metal with extremely good surface finish. Higher cutting rates can be achieved in cutting Stainless Steel, High Alloy and Tool Steels.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION
CarbideBreak in Procedure
All new blades possess very sharp teeth edges. This causes micro fractures at normal cutting rate due to excess vibration. It is recommended that approximately 20 minutes of solid cutting or 300 sq. cm. of material should be cut at 40% of recommended feed at normal speed. Proper break-in rounds off sharper edges and ensures longer blade life.

Selecting the Correct Blade
The most important aspect that should be focused upon, before the cutting process, is selecting the most appropriate cutting blade. Proper selection brings out maximum productivity and enhances the tool life to optimum. Choosing the correct dimension and TPI in case of a bandsaw blade, is thus very essential. Special tooth design can be applied to achieve better result in sawing difficult-to- cut materials.
