Mr. Atul Moonat after completing his B Sc and MBA from University of Houston, Texas, USA, joined a machine tool manufacturing company as whole time director in the year 1992. He was instrumental in bringing the company to Indian Stock Market and getting its shares listed in the Bombay and Local Stock Exchange.

With rich experience in tool industry and vision he launched UNIQUE SAWS & MACHINERY P LTD. in 2004. Today, Unique Saws is a big brand in the field of sawing industry and is known for its prompt supplies and technical services.

Our product rage comprises of Bimetal Band Saw Blades, HSS, and Segmental Circular Saw & Tungsten Carbide Tipped Circular Saw and HSS Bimetal Hand/Power Hacksaw blade, Micromist pray systems for sawing, spray oils and spares for bandsaws.

UNIQUES’ brands ICON, ACE, JAGUAR & UNIQUE (Registered Trademarks) are well known in Tube and Pipe, Engineering, Forging, Casting, Steel, Automobile, Major P.S.U’s, and Educational Institute etc.

The complete range of throw away type Circular Saw Blades include the Cermat Tipped, Carbide Tipped and Carbide Tipped TiALN Coated. These are suitable for ferrous and non ferrous cutting.

UNIQUE Saws is the sole selling agent in India for Martor Soligen Germany. The product range includes the Deburring Tools, Universal Cutters and host of Safety Cutters. They are designed to prevent accidents.

Other products include the Micromist Spray system, Spray Oil, Blade Tension Meter and other cutting accessories.

Land & Building
UNIQUE SAWS, is located on plot size 27.92mts x 64.43mts – 1799.16 Sq. Mtrs, The Works is approximately 6 kilometers from the city. The building is a fresh construction spread over an area of 400 sq mts. The office is equipped with all modern amenities.

Plant And Machinery
The company has installed three state-of-the-art imported German weld centers with latest PLC and Pyrometer controls. Each weld is thoroughly tested on alignment test machine and pneumatic testing machine.

The company is an ISO 9001:2008 Certified Company and follows Quality Policy and norms at each production stage.

The company has installed three imported butt welders with latest PLC and Pyrometer controls. Apart from theses bunch of grinding, finishing, printing and packing machines are installed to ensure proper and timely supplies. Stringent quality controls include tests on pneumatic testing machine, light testing machine tooth matching under magnifying glasses. Tooth protective strip is applied on each loop by machine. Every product leaves from the company goes through various check points to ensure quality.

These properties enable 30% greater cutting feed as compared to other blades (70HRC)

The company have also launched throw away type Circular Saw Blades. These blades are highly durable, disposal type of saw blades suitable for cutting various types of ferrous & non-ferrous material. With the original tooth and gullet shape for effective sawdust disposal, the blades are very effective for cutting rounds and other shape material.

Cermat Tipped for general purposes, Carbide Tipped for stainless steel and Carbide Tipped TiALN coated for cutting exotic/special cutting are readily available in stocks.
